**Job Title**: Social Media Intern

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, and reels using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist in brainstorming campaigns, contests, and initiatives to grow the audience.
- Stay updated on social media platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience in video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
- Organized and able to manage time effectively.
- **Preferred Experience**:

- Prior internship or hands-on experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional).
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- **Other Requirements**:

- Passion for social media and an understanding of its role in marketing and branding.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
