**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Typeset and format text, graphics, and images to create visually appealing and readable documents.
- Format Word, Excels and PowerPoints with various snipping tool documents to preparing the training and sharepoint elearning and presentation document.
- Prepare print-ready files and communicate with printing vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of designs and adherence to printing specifications.
- Maintain organized files and records of projects, revisions, and final deliverables for reference and archival purposes.
- Proof readed and checked for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

**Requirements**:

- Software Skills: Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXPress, or Microsoft Publisher, MS OFFICE, EXCEL Knowledge is MUST.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in formatting and design elements throughout documents.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to desktop publishing software and document formatting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
