**Job Description**:
As a Duty Doctor at VR Revankar Hospital, you will be responsible for providing medical care and services to patients during your assigned shifts. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being of patients and addressing their medical needs in a timely and compassionate manner. The role involves working closely with the medical team, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
**Patient Assessment and Diagnosis**:Conduct thorough examinations of patients and obtain medical histories.
Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.

**Emergency Response**:Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide immediate medical care.
Stabilize and manage critically ill or injured patients.

**Treatment Planning**:Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients.
Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary.

**Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Consult with specialists as needed for complex cases.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
Document all assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with nursing and support staff to coordinate patient care.

**Adherence to Policies and Protocols**:Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Continuing Education**:Stay informed about advancements in medical science and healthcare practices.
Participate in continuing medical education to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Shift Handover**:Provide clear and concise handovers to the incoming medical staff at the end of each shift.

**Quality Improvement**:Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall standard of care.

**Salary**: ₹40,884.92 - ₹76,122.78 per month
