Inside Sales Executive

Join Coimbatore's leading Design and Build Construction company (First Homes), taking ownership of orchestrating pivotal meetings for the city and propelling our pipeline through proactive lead engagement. As a key player in our team, you'll be working closely with the CEO and contributing to the growth of our organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
As a vital member of our team, you'll report directly to the Head and take charge of the following responsibilities:
- Initiating and managing outbound calls to potential leads, effectively setting up crucial meetings.
- Meeting ambitious Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieving 100 dials per day leading to 40 Sales meetings per month.
Sales Meeting is qualified persons who are having budget and willingness to start the construction work within 3 months
Daily Update in CRM and Google Sheet
Daily Feedback of Leads
**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking individuals with:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Construction Industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a knack for quick learning, coupled with effective people management skills.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships.
- Preferably, proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from 2.4 to 3 Lakhs per annum with no cap on the performance incentive, structured as follows:
- Fixed component (25-30K/Month) + Performance-based incentive of the revenue Made.

No of Meetings Scheduled
Monthly Target → 40 Meeting Scheduled
