**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer** to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, problem-solving, and strong knowledge of design principles to create impactful user journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Design visually appealing and consistent UI elements, layouts, and interactions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design practices.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animations.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
