**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with various organizations to foster placement partnerships.
- Regularly interact with organizations to stay updated on new job vacancies and recruitment opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries regarding placement processes and provide necessary assistance to students.
- Organize and conduct placement training sessions to prepare students for interviews and workplace readiness.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
- Plan and organize hiring events and campus recruitment drives.
- Invite organizations to participate in campus recruitment activities.
- Conduct pre-placement talks to guide students on interview techniques and career expectations.
- Study current job market trends to help students make informed career decisions.
- Network with local employers to expand placement opportunities for students.
- Build and maintain connections with alumni to enhance placement opportunities.
- Coordinate with faculty and students to organize and execute placement-related academic activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of student placements.
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth execution of placement and academic initiatives.
