**Job Opening: Customer Service Representative at Global Tax Masters**

Are you a personable and organized professional with a talent for communication? Global Tax Masters is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Respond to Customer Inquiries**:

- Answer incoming calls and address customer questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and processes.
- **Order Placement Assistance**:

- Assist customers with placing orders over the phone.
- Guide them through the ordering process, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded.
- **Follow-Up with Customers**:

- Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on pending orders.
- Address any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order processing.
- **Maintain Customer Records**:

- Accurately log customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
- Track and manage follow-up activities to ensure no customer is left unattended.
- **Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer feedback and inquiries to help refine our service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
