**Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

**Team Coordination & Leadership**
- Supervise and support team members to meet operational goals.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Train team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

**Process Improvement**
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose effective solutions.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

**Inventory & Resource Management**
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
- Oversee procurement activities and maintain vendor relationships.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and project status.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities, transactions, and process updates.

**Customer & Client Support**
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by improving service delivery processes.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
