For an upcoming beauty and personal care e-commerce startup, we are searching for a Creative content Writer to execute social media strategies supporting our company’s overall social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
- Research markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
- Creating creative scripts for videos and ads
- Creating engaging content for social media
- Creating content for blogs
- Building a following for the brand on social media with creative work
- Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
- Researching and organizing facts and sources
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies
- Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms
- Create and manage content based on current trends
- Strategic authentic and impact digital content and ensuring their role out within specified deadlines
- Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms
- Engage with audiences on our various social media platforms.

- Must be a Graduate.For an upcoming beauty and personal care e-commerce startup, we are searching for a PR and Social Media Manager to execute PR and social media activities, supporting our company’s overall media strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be expected to use your experience and initiative to build and maintain a brand presence through targeted PR outreach, influencer relationships, events, and communications across all social media channels.

For PR:

- Lead press activity surrounding all key brand moments, campaign launches, events, and partnerships to maintain and build awareness, drive traffic, and grow business.
- Manage our affiliate network strategy, executing campaigns in line with the content calendar and securing regular communications with key partners.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the press.
- Increase coverage of brand initiatives and founder's profile.
- Build and manage affiliate relationships with publishers and bloggers.

For Social Media:

- Responsible for all social content delivery across all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), scheduling posts and stories across all accounts.
- Planning, developing, and executing media communication strategies and influencer marketing programs by following the company’s business objectives.
- Creating social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and boost community engagement.
- Staying up-to-date with innovations and updates on social media platforms and researching popular content ideas.
- Form key relationships with content creators across social media platforms to maintain brand awareness and sales.
- Community management across our Instagram channel and engaging with comments and reposting tagged content.
- Drive more video content on our platforms. Managing them from ideation to creation in collaboration with the Graphic Designer.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-year experience working in PR and social media.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Public Relations, social media marketing, influencer marketing, branding, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of eCommerce.
- Excellent relationship builder and confident in managing PR relationships.
- Problem solver and a forward thinker.
- Excellent time management, and you know how to manage multiple priorities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
