Communicating with Customer/Buyers for New Orders & sampling Development Maintain order status files of each Customer Providing Orders delivery Schedule & status of fabrics on Regular basis Follow up with Customer for their queries and order status Customer Payments follow ups

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Checking with weaving, Dyeing and Packing departments to deliver the goods as per the commitment Provided to Customer
- Checking with Lab team for Shade matching and Fabric test reports
- Follow of the Customer orders with Production Dept
- Customer Order Planning and Execution
- Follow up with Logistics dept
- Communicating with folding regarding fabric quality before dispatch of goods
- Ensure with Inspection team Packed Goods are as per standard
