Job Title: Senior Chemist - Beauty Products

Location: Noida, India

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead engagement with suppliers for raw material procurement, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Spearhead formulation development efforts for Skin, Hair & Health Care products, focusing on efficacy, safety, and regulatory approval.
- Drive technology transfer processes to ensure seamless transition from R&D to production.
- Develop and implement alternate formulations to optimize costs and enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and R&D Management to conceptualize product ideas and provide technical insights for implementation.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop formulations aligned with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to quality compliances, specifications, and testing methods throughout the product development process.
- Lead product standardization efforts to maintain consistency and quality across the product line.
- Conduct stability studies to assess product shelf-life and performance under various conditions.
- Provide technical support to Marketing and Sales teams, offering insights and solutions to address customer queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with suppliers for raw material and packaging procurement, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee artwork proofing processes and ensure label claims are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Extensive experience in formulation development, preferably in the Skin, Hair & Health Care industry.
- Proficiency in FDA regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
