**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries from customers and provide information.
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass( preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
