**Job Summary**:
The Tele-Caller at our education institute plays a crucial role in engaging with prospective students, providing information about our courses, and assisting in the enrollment process. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls, answer inquiries, and ensure effective communication to achieve enrollment targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential students to promote courses and programs.

2. Provide detailed information about the institute, courses offered, admission procedures, and fee structures.

3. Handle inquiries and address concerns professionally to convert leads into enrollments.

4. Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions in the CRM system.

5. Follow-up with potential students through various communication channels.

6. Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.

7. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the institute.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in tele-calling or a similar customer service role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Familiarity with the education sector and courses offered.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
