Join our dynamic team as a Centre Coordinator and Computer & Spoken English Trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our training center while also providing engaging and effective instruction in computer skills and spoken English. This dual-role position requires a versatile individual who is passionate about education and has the ability to coordinate administrative tasks while delivering high-quality training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the training center..
- Coordinate scheduling, class assignments, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with other trainers and staff to optimize the overall learning experience.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
- Develop curriculum and training materials for computer skills and spoken English courses.
- Tailor content to meet the diverse needs of participants.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for computer skills and spoken English.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both administrative coordination and training roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teaching certification or relevant training experience

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
