Overall supervision of Medical Records activities
- Standardization of all the formats used in the hospital for patient care
- Coordination of medical audit activities
- Reporting deficiency check information to the management and the clinical heads
- Transcribing medical information on symptoms, diagnoses, medications and tests from doctors' written or verbal notes
- Categorizing health conditions, treatments and diagnoses as per standardized healthcare codes
- Distribute medical charts to the appropriate departments of the hospital
- Maintain accurate records by following hospital procedures
- Ensure patient charts, paperwork, and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Keep all medical records confidential and protected
- File all patients’ medical records and information
- Supply the nursing department with the appropriate documents and forms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
