Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering clean cookware and serving supplies to events, banquets and meeting rooms
- Always maintaining a fully sanitized and clean work station
- Responsible for organizing and storing all dishes, cookware and utensils in their proper storage and locations
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
- Assist the Executive Steward as assigned
- Stock Stewarding supplies

Job Requirements
- Assigns and monitors break schedules and attendance
- Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens, bars and service areas through checklists and documentation
- Ensures all storage areas are clean, organized and items are in proper containers
- Trains, coaches and documents employee performance
- Par levels for all equipment are maintained and stored correctly to support culinary and service staff
- Completes daily checklists, work orders and assignments with follow up
- Handles linen handling, transport and inventory
- Manages cleanliness of the loading dock
- Performs opening and closing of stewarding responsibilities in all departments
- Monitors 3rd party overnight cleaners
