Posist’s unified technology platform streamlines restaurants’ front of the house, back of the house, out of house/integrations, analytics, and CRM. Renowned restaurant chains including Taco Bell, Nando’s, Carl’s Jr, Häagen-Dazs, Jamie’s Italian are among a few brands using Posist to manage their processes, people, and place of operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Industry research, writing & analysis: Produce timely, actionable, and original insights. You will be tasked with understanding our unique data and information through both primary & secondary research with software buyers in the F&B industry
- Audience mapping: Analyze trend through internal data and external data to identify TG in global markets (US, Latam Europe, Gulf, Southeast Asia)
- Analyst engagement: Build relationships with a fellow industry analyst to co-create reports/ whitepapers
- Track Industry insights: Track and update industry activities including industry and customer trends in the F&B industry
- Market analysis: Perform market analysis to evaluate potential markets, product demand to support the strategic objectives of the company
**Requirements**:
- Research Operations, Market Research, Primary research, and Secondary research
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, surveys, etc.)
- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to produce data-driven stories
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related discipline - or equivalent, relevant work experience
