Negotiate or renegotiate and administer contracts with vendors.
- Evaluate order and bid documentation.
- Back up purchasing clerk to include ordering of supplies/goods, equipment and material, reviewing, and processing/issuing of purchase order.
- Review and monitor capital purchases to ensure its compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Response to inquiries from internal and external sources in providing information.
- Bank reconciliation and payment reconciliation with vendors.
- Preparation of Schedule for Debtors Aging report, Creditors Aging report, Fixed Assets, Employee Loan, Corporate loans and investments, Prepaid exps, Deposits etc.,
- Assist the business for Statutory, Internal & Tax audits
- Adherence to month-end Calendar Statutory Compliance:

- half yearly GST returns.
- Review of TDS Receivable/Refund status.
- TDS / PF / PT / ESI/ Payments etc., Timeliness and Accuracy
- No Penalty

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Taxation: 3 years (preferred)
