**Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Contract)**

**Location**: Serac Education, Mukund West
**Duration**: 6 Months (Immediate Start)
**Work Schedule**: 6 Days a Week, On-site

Serac Education is a counseling company dedicated to helping individuals navigate their educational paths and career choices. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team for a 6-month contract. If you are passionate about user-centered design and eager to create impactful experiences, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team to understand user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for our digital platforms.
- Ensure designs align with our brand and enhance the user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Help develop design systems and style guides to maintain consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
