**Role Overview**: As a UI/UX Designer at Porlob Technologies, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into compelling design solutions. Your role will involve everything from wireframing and prototyping to creating high-fidelity visuals and conducting user research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet user needs.
- **Iterate and Improve**: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to ensure an optimal user experience.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance your design skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and completed projects.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- **Understanding**: Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to take feedback and work effectively with others.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Basic knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
