Requirements:
1) Proven work experience in logistics, preferably in export operations.

2) Solid understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.

3) Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

4) Strong knowledge of various transportation modes, including air freight, ocean freight, and road transportation, as well as familiarity with related documentation.

5) Proficiency in export documentation and procedures, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.

6) Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs authorities, and other logistics service providers.

7) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.

8) Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve logistics issues and mitigate risks.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Plan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end export logistics operations, including documentation, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery.

2) Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure timely and accurate preparation of export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.

3) Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to determine shipment priorities, quantities, and delivery schedules.

4) Coordinate and book transportation services, such as air freight, ocean freight, trucking, and courier services, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

5) Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance policies during all stages of the export process.

6) Manage and track shipments, maintaining accurate records of shipment details, documentation, and status updates.

7) Coordinate with customs authorities and third-party agencies to ensure smooth customs clearance and resolve any issues or delays.

8) Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in export logistics to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
