**Job Summary**:
The Export Executive is responsible for managing international sales and export operations, coordinating with clients, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods. The role involves preparing export documentation, handling customer communication, and ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end export processes including order processing, documentation, logistics, and shipping.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and shipping lines for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific requirements.
- Track shipments and communicate updates to customers.
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit), advance payment, and other payment terms documentation.
- Maintain records of all exports, shipments, and payments.
- Liaise with production, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure product readiness and timely shipments.
- Support in developing new export markets and customer relationships.
- Monitor and report on export sales performance and logistics efficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
