Job Title: Telesales Executive

(Day shift)

Experience: 0.6 Months - 2 Years (Sales / marketing experience is mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Any graduate/Post Graduate

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, promoting our products/services, and building strong relationships with potential customers over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Provide information and answer questions about products/services
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing goals

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to learn and understand products/services quickly
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (preferable)
