**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer (2-4 Years Experience)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces across web and mobile platforms. A strong sense of aesthetics, a user-first mindset, and logical thinking are crucial for this role. Experience in gaming or interactive media is a bonus and highly appreciated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate user requirements and business needs into wireframes, mockups, and visual designs.
- Design intuitive interfaces and delightful experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Create user flows, prototypes, and design documentation to communicate ideas clearly.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain design system components.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design practices.
- Ability to think analytically and approach design with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional UI/UX work across different platforms.

**Work Type: Onsite**

**Work Location: Ashok Vihar, Phase II, New Delhi**

**Days of Working: Monday to Saturday**

**Timings: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
