UX/UI Designer

We’re on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer who lives and breathes intuitive design, loves solving user problems, and isn’t afraid to push boundaries creatively.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with clients, strategists, developers, and fellow designers to craft smart, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences
- Conduct user research, create personas, and map out user journeys and flows
- Design low to high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Translate complex ideas into simple and beautiful UI designs
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability testing
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI and design thinking
- Balance creativity with usability, business goals, and technical constraints

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web, mobile, and digital platforms
- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Knowledge of user research, A/B testing, accessibility, and responsive design
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive team player

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
