**The Role**

Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure, manage, and optimize F5 Load Balancers, including LTM, GTM, and advanced traffic management policies.
- Implement and maintain Cisco ISE for network access control, identity management, and security compliance.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Palo Alto and Cisco Firewalls (ASA, Firepower) for perimeter security, threat prevention, and VPN configurations.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for network performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and access control challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement top-tier network security solutions.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and technical guidelines.
- Conduct technical training sessions and mentor junior engineers on best practices and technological advancements.

**Required Technical and Professional Experience**
- At least six years of experience with NetScaler (Citrix NetScaler Unified Gateway & ADC), encompassing configuration, optimization, SSL offloading, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in **F5 Load Balancer**(LTM, GTM), encompassing deployment, advanced traffic policies, and automation.
- Expertise in **Cisco ISE**, covering authentication, authorization, accounting (AAA), and network access control (NAC).
- Experience with Cisco Firewalls, specifically ASA, Firepower, and NGFW security policies and VPN setup.
- Knowledge of Palo Alto, focusing on NGFW security policies and VPN setup.
- Solid understanding of Data Centre mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) - Networking
- F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex networking and security issues.
- Experience with enterprise network architectures, cloud integration, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
