**The Role**

Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

At Kyndryl we support all major cloud platforms, so you’ll get the chance to use everything you know - and then some. You’ll also become expert at knowing when and how to call on other SMEs outside your wheelhouse. Thinking your way around pre-existing limitations will grow your creativity and flexibility. **Required Skills and Experience**:

- Over 13 years of experience in Network Infrastructure design.
- Built and managed Cisco ACI, Catalyst, and Nexus switches and routers.
- Managed wireless controllers and access points.
- Experienced with Cisco ISE, DNAC, FortiGate Firewall, and Cisco ASA.
- Comprehensive understanding of Cisco ACI infrastructure and Nexus switches.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Cisco Catalyst, ASA, and FortiGate Firewall.
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco Wireless LAN Controller, ISE, and DNAC.
- Proficient in network design and technical documentation.
- Experience in configuring and installing Cisco ACI Spine & Leaf switches and NEXUS switches and routers.
- Experience in preparing network design documentation.
- Experience in capturing and analyzing firewall logs.
- Experience in performing traffic analysis and capacity planning to maintain optimal network performance.
- Prepared RCA documents and generated reports on network performance, availability, and security incidents.
- Maintained accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
- Experience in integrating service appliances in Cisco ACI deployments, including Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls.
- Understand inter
- and intra-tenant traffic flows and contracts.
- Experience with L2 outs, L3 outs, and VMM integration.
- Troubleshoot traffic flows, routing, and L3 policies effectively.
- Worked with vendors to validate hardware parameters and replace components if necessary.
- Scheduled IOS upgrades and security patches.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**:

- CCIE DC or Cisco ACI Implementation Certification and CCNP Certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
