**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in reviewing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Support in preparing and maintaining compliance registers and documentation.
- Assist in creating and managing statutory forms and records related to Shops & Establishment Act.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submissions and adherence to legal requirements.
- Help in audit preparation and responding to compliance queries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all compliance-related records.
- Support documentation for internal and external compliance audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
