**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at KSB CONSTRUCTIONS in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety protocols on site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily construction site operations.
- Ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Resolve technical and logístical issues on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Assist in managing project budgets and timelines.

**Software/Skills required**
- STAADPRO
- AutoCAD
- BBS
- Estimation

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in site engineering.
- Knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

**Application Instructions**:
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
