You will be creating and managing a portfolio of campaigns through all stages of delivery, implementation and reporting.

**Junior Producer**

If you can conceptualize, write, and produce amazing digital immersive content, then get ready to roll up your sleeves because you’ll be empowering the unlikeliest of people to make great stories across social media platforms. Pluc.TV is looking for a video producer who can script, curate and package vertical video productions for social media platforms (Sharechat, Moj, Public, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) and shows for the platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize Shows and Videos for our platforms - Pluc.TV, LetMeBreathe.in
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
- Manage creators, editors and production workflows
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos etc
- Visualise, record and edit video, sound and animation projects
- Write pitches and scripts based on research, fact-checking
- Securing the rights to intellectual property, overseeing post-production tasks like editing and video animation.
- Plan online and offline video productions
- Develop production schedules

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years experience in creating content for social media, background in storytelling or journalism is a plus
- Experience working with digital productions
- Strong community outreach skills
- Command over English and Hindi online digital content
- Basic understanding of scripting and storyboarding
- Video editing and copy editing skills are a plus
- Deep understanding of vertical videos and virtual communities
