Fresh faces, bold twists, and full-blown emotions — all crafted in a stunning vertical cinematic styleOur Definition of A Junior Producer / The Execution AceThis role is focused on the execution and support of multiple Hindi micro-drama series clusters. The Junior Producer will be responsible for supporting the Senior Producer / Cluster Head in managing the production lifecycle, ensuring creative quality, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations for assigned projects. This role reports to the Senior Producer or Cluster Head.A Day In The Life of a Junior Producer @ Vertical TV Production Execution & Creative Coordination- Support the Senior Producer in overseeing the entire content pipeline, driving execution from concept development, story pitching, and script finalization through to production and final delivery. - Manage the tracking of production schedules, resource allocation, and for assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. - Provide focused, constructive feedback on scripts and cuts to elevate the quality of micro dramas under the guidance of the Senior Producer. - Help create and expand a talent database that will give Vertical TV a competitive edge in the market.What Will Compel Vertical TV to Choose You Over Others?- 1-3 years of experience in production, with a strong focus on fiction/drama content (e.g., OTT series, television serials). - You’re experience executing high-volume content curation/development and supporting simultaneous, large-scale projects. - Deep understanding of the vertical video format and the unique requirements for mobile-first storytelling is highly desirable. - Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, both written and verbal. - Must eat, breathe, live and long for, Content of all shapes, sizes, formats & types.
