**Job Responsibilities: (Welder)**
- Perform welding tasks as per engineering drawings and specifications (TIG and ARC welding).
- Maintain safety standards and proper handling of welding equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- PUC/ITI
- Good physical condition.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in welding.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

**Job Responsibilities: (Fitter)**
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Assemble, install, and align machinery, mechanical components, and structural parts.
- Perform fitting and fabrication work using hand tools, power tools, grinders, drills, etc.
- Inspect and ensure proper fit and tolerances of assembled parts.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Work closely with welders, machinists, and other team members to complete tasks.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Report defects, irregularities, or required materials to supervisors.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience as a mechanical fitter in a workshop.
- Proficient in the use of measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Good physical condition.
- Knowledge of safety standards and mechanical assembly procedures.
