**Job Title**: Welder and Fitter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to assemble and fabricate components.
- Conduct mechanical fitting and assembly tasks, ensuring components are aligned and meet required specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to carry out fitting and welding activities.
- Inspect and test welds and assembled components to ensure they meet company and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and maintain welding and fitting tools and equipment.
- Support electrical assembly tasks if required, leveraging basic electrician skills.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to address technical issues and ensure quality output.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Certification**: ITI certification in Welding, Fitting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in welding and fitting tasks.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
- Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- **Additional Skills (preferred)**: Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring.
- **Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with metal properties, mechanical systems, and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection and equipment maintenance procedures.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to work in a production environment, handling tools and materials safely and efficiently.

**Other Requirements**:

- **Location**: Must be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- **Work Environment**: Comfortable working in a robotics and manufacturing setting.
