Be accountable for the effective delivery of technology solutions by all required DDIT functions for a business area. Support innovation initiatives, DDIT strategy and the introduction of new capabilities. Continuously improve processes in collaboration with partner functions.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure the effective delivery of technology solutions for the business area pertaining to business area, by proactively aligning between respective tower leads and supporting functions, actively managing the portfolio by identifying and managing portfolio level risks/issues/Financials, coordinating resolution with all relevant stakeholders and presenting portfolio status to relevant boards.
- Ensure effective resource capacity management in alignment with supporting DDIT functions. Support in meeting the Portfolio level resource demands by working proactively with support functions.
- Manage a pool of project managers for the business area, coach and mentor them to ensure adherence to quality standards and best project execution practices.Ensure high data quality for project portfolio information (e.g. in UBM) for projects in the respective portfolio.Partner with other DDIT Functions & teams to drive continual improvement holistically across DDIT to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services, practices and all other elements required for the provision of services with increased focus on customer satisfaction
- Support the introduction of new capabilities and ways of working in alignment with the overall DDIT strategy
- Be the conduit between business facing function (BFF) team and partner functions.Ensure streamlined governance with support functions at BFF
- Support business area heads and tower leads on topics impacting multiple Business Capabilities. Provide a cross-functional view of innovation opportunities across business areas
- Act as project manager, typically for projects spanning across multiple business capabilities or multiple functions, driving standardization across functions, where relevant.Define and implement a metrics framework based on the DDIT Strategy by identifying desired business outcomes. Implement common metrics, reports, and dashboards to be used across DDIT, establishing appropriate baselines and targets and by ensuring processes and tools are in place and there is consistency in reporting among DDIT units
- Support the tower leads in elaborating the systems strategy and roadmap for the respective business area

**Minimum requirements**

**Education**:
University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar
Experience / Professional requirements
- Proven track record of 10+ years in managing complex, multi-functional projects or programs
- People management and Vendor management
