Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and content strategies for YouTube channels based on audience insights, trends, and brand objectives.
- Create high quality videos for YouTube and other social media
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, graphic designers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life through high-quality video content.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch meetings to generate new ideas for video series, formats, and collaborations.
- Oversee the production process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to content creators and production teams to maintain consistency and quality across all videos.
- Stay updated on industry trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to refine content strategies and optimize engagement and retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and talent to facilitate collaborations and co-productions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or similar role, with a strong YouTube portfolio.
- Experience in handling YouTube content across multiple languages, preferably someone who has worked on Tamil, English and Hindi content
- Deep understanding of the YouTube platform and content optimization.
- Excellent storytelling skills translating brand objectives into compelling content.
- Strong leadership and project management skills for multitasking and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in overseeing video production tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative problem-solving with a passion for innovation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote environments

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
