Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**: **This position reports to**: ELSE Business process Analytics and Automation Lead **Your role and responsibilities**: We are seeking a proactive and skilled specialist to join our Electrification Service Global Process and Enablement team. This role is critical in implementing innovative digital technologies and processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity across our electrification services Operations. You will collaborate with global, regional and local operations leads to drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure successful deployment of new systems and technologies aimed at increasing overall productivity - Digital Transformation: Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of digital tech-nologies (MSFT Power Platform, Azure Cloud, SFDC, Snowflake ) that enhance electrification services and streamline operations. - Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and processes, recommending and imple-menting improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs (Six Sigma certifi-cation is a plus). - Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and operational teams to understand their needs and align digital solutions with business objectives. - Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate staff on new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing support. - Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics (PBI, Tableau, Celonis ) to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational effectiveness. - Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to assess new tools and technologies that could be integrated into our operations. **Qualifications for the role**: - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a re-lated field. - Proven experience >5 years in digital transformation, process optimization, or electrification services. - Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies relevant to electrification and opera-tional efficiency. - Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Location: Spain/ Turkey/ Malaysia/ India **More about us**:
