**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in the freight forwarding industry **(US Shift)** at BeeonTrade. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling forwarding, export, freight forwarding, and freight transportation tasks to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Forwarding and Freight Transportation skills
- Export and Freight Forwarding experience
- Customer Service proficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics and international trade processes
- Experience with freight forwarding software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
