**Job Title: Regional Sales and Marketing Manager - Freight Forwarding**
**Position Overview**:
As the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager in the freight forwarding industry, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing sales and marketing activities within your designated region. You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand awareness for our freight forwarding services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities, target segments, and key accounts to maximize sales revenue and profitability within the region.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team.
- **Business Development**: Drive business development efforts by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand our customer base and market presence.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing customized freight forwarding solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Marketing Campaigns and Branding**: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness in the region. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, digital marketing strategies, and advertising campaigns.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation. Provide regular sales and marketing reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
- **Budget Management**: Manage regional sales and marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to support sales activities, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, finance, and human resources, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering freight forwarding services and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a **minimum of 10 + years of experience**.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of freight forwarding operations, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region and attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
