**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digital Campaign Management:.
- Content Creation & Management:

- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and video production teams to create compelling visual and video content for online platforms.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility for relevant real estate keywords.
- Manage paid search campaigns (PPC), ensuring optimal ad performance, keyword research, and cost-per-click (CPC) management.
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Website Management
- Analytics & Reporting
- Stay Current with Digital Marketing Trends

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any Stream, Completed Digital marketing course from Reputed Institute
- **Experience**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other design tools.
- Knowledge of website CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage).
- Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Preferred**:

- Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and video editing tools.
