**Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Google Ads Campaign Management**:

- Design, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns tailored to business objectives.
- Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and keywords.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Develop strategies to generate quality leads through digital platforms.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align leads with target audience profiles.
- Ensure cost-efficient lead acquisition by improving funnel conversion rates.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, identifying insights for improvement.
- Track and measure the impact of campaigns on business goals.
- **Digital Strategy**:

- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns are competitive.
- Research and implement new tools and techniques for enhanced results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive digital presence.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-8 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation processes.
- Expertise in tools like Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.

Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
