**Business process outsourcing** (**BPO**) is the practice of contracting a specific **work** process or processes to an external service provider. The services can include payroll, accounting, telemarketing, data recording, social media marketing, customer support, and more.

The **BPO** trainees are supposed to monitor many tasks and the **work** in the back office which includes helping customers or clients with billing or purchasing or if the customer wishes to create an account for any product and much more.

**Training provided before job**

Transorze shall provide training in Typing practice, Office tools, Communicative English, Office Management, Customer care service, Voice / Non-Voice process, Soft skills and more.

Education: +2

Experience: Nil

**Expected Salary**:

- Upto Rs. 20,000/- per month (Basic + Incentives)
