**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and guide a team of fabrication workers.**:

- **Interpret and execute fabrication drawings and designs.**:

- **Plan and schedule production activities.**:

- **Ensure the safe and efficient use of fabrication equipment and tools.**:

- **Maintain a safe and clean working environment.**:

- **Monitor and control production costs.**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.**:

- **Ensure timely completion of fabrication projects.**:

- **Maintain accurate production records.**:

- **Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, bending, and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
