A lab assistant in a manufacturing company supports scientists and engineers in various laboratory tasks, ensuring smooth operations and accurate results. This includes preparing samples, conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. They play a vital role in quality control and data management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process
- Preparing samples for analysis using various laboratory equipment and techniques, conducting routine tests and experiments according to established procedures, and recording and analyzing results.
- Ensuring laboratory equipment is in good working order, including cleaning, performing routine maintenance, and reporting any malfunctions or repair needs.
- Maintaining an inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring adequate stock levels, and assisting with the ordering of replacement supplies.
- Recording and managing data from experiments and tests, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and assisting in the preparation of technical reports.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Assisting in quality control procedures, monitoring experiments, and ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Assisting senior lab personnel with various tasks, participating in team meetings, and providing support to other team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
