**We’re Hiring a Digital Content Creator**
Join our creative team at **PUTCHI** as a Digital Content Creator, We are looking for a talented individual to create visually captivating and engaging digital content for both static and video formats. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our online presence through creative storytelling and high-quality content across multiple digital platforms.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. **Proven Expertise in Digital Content Creation**
- Strong experience in creating high-quality static (images, graphics, banners) and dynamic (videos, animations) content for digital platforms.
- A deep understanding of **content formats** optimized for different platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website content.

2. **Video Production & Editing Skills**
- Proficient in **video production** from pre-production (concept creation, scripting, storyboarding) to post-production (editing, adding effects, transitions).
- o Expertise in **video editing software** like **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, or other video editing tools.
- Comfortable creating both short-form content (e.g., Instagram Reels) and long-form content (e.g., YouTube videos, promotional ads).

3. **Graphic Design & Image Editing**
- Strong knowledge of **graphic design tools** like **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, or **Canva** to create visually striking static content (posts, banners, ads, infographics).
- Ability to create compelling visuals that align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic while driving engagement.

4. **Social Media Expertise**
- In-depth understanding of how content performs on various platforms, especially **Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook**.
- Knowledge of creating and optimizing **platform-specific content** to maximize engagement, reach, and impact.
- Ability to create content tailored to each platform's audience, trends, and best practices (e.g., YouTube thumbnails, Instagram carousel posts,).

5. **Creative Storytelling**
- Ability to craft engaging and visually impactful narratives that captivate audiences across both static and video formats.
- Understanding how to combine **audio, visuals, and text** to convey a clear and emotional message, whether through an Instagram story, YouTube vlog, or Facebook ad.

6. **SEO & Digital Marketing Understanding**
- Knowledge of **SEO** principles for optimizing video content and static graphics for better searchability (e.g., YouTube SEO, keyword optimization for blog graphics).
- Understanding of **digital marketing strategies**, including content calendars, paid ads, and performance tracking, to ensure that content reaches the right audience.

7. **Attention to Detail and Brand Consistency**
- High attention to detail to ensure that all content is on-brand and visually consistent across various digital channels.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while infusing creativity to keep content fresh and engaging.

8. **Collaboration & Feedback**
- Ability to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to create content that aligns with broader business objectives.
- Open to feedback, with the flexibility to iterate and improve content to meet performance goals and brand expectations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
