**Title: Digital Content Creator**

We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Content Creator to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our brand through engaging and high-quality content.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan creative content campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality photos and videos for product showcases, tutorials, promotions, and social media.
- Write engaging and informative copy for various content formats, including blog posts, social media captions, product descriptions, and newsletters.
- Conduct shoots ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and standards.

**3. Technical Skills**:

- Operate cameras and other equipment to capture professional-grade photos and videos.
- Edit photos and videos using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, Canva or any video editing tools.

**4. Content Management**:

- Maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
- Adapt and repurpose existing content to maximize reach and engagement.

**5. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and goals.
- Provide creative input during team meetings and contribute to the overall creative direction of the brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Content Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, videography, and content creation.
- Proficiency in using camera equipment and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
