**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and support.
Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on products, services, and promotions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.

**Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
Address client objections and concerns, and negotiate terms to close deals.
Develop customized solutions based on client requirements and business objectives.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports to track performance against targets and provide insights for improvement.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for optimization.

**Market Intelligence**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to refine strategies and offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a related industry, is a plus.
