The role involves close collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality, safe, and personalized patient care. **Key Responsibilities**: - Assess patient health, develop, and update individualized care plans. - Administer medications, treatments, and specialized care - Follow healthcare regulations and safety protocols. - Maintain accurate patient documentation and report changes in health. - Coordinate with healthcare providers to support holistic care. - Handle medical emergencies and coordinate necessary services. **Qualifications**: - **Education**: Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) - **Experience**: 1 years Preferred experience in home care or similar settings. - **Skills**: Clinical expertise, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently. **Work Environment**: - The role requires travel to patient homes, often within a designated area or region. - May involve working with patients of varying physical and emotional needs. **TEAMS & CONDITIONS**: - CLEAN AND NEAT - SHOULD COME IN UNIFORM OR WHITE COAT - OFFICIAL MOBILE WILL BE GIVEN FOR EVERY HOUR UPDATE **NOTE**: **-**"FOOD WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY US"* **.
