**Marketing & Operations Intern**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Research industry trends and competitors to improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to design pitch decks and proposals.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Manage and update digital content on social media and the website.
- Analyze and report marketing campaign performance.

**Operations Responsibilities**:

- Assist in documenting workflows for smart home installations, customer support, and service operations.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
- Work with different departments to enhance process efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports, checklists, and compliance documents.
- Organize and maintain an internal repository of key operational documents.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong creative and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Google Suite.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and process documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
