**What You'll Do**

The Partner and Field Problem Resolution & Automation is part of Commerce and Lifecycle Operations (CLO). It is a dynamic and mighty team that manages different processes and services to support the partners and distributors. The team's goal is to reduce friction for our Partners & Sellers through commerce operations; We work closely with several cross-functional groups to deliver a frictionless experience.

You will be part of a team to assess and design solutions for all operational problems reported by Partners/Distributors. We seek someone with a passion for problem-solving, data-driven, and a desire to help our customers, partners & sellers. You will work in a fast-paced and changing environment and create a comprehensive strategy and execution plan to drive resolution of issues reported by partners & sellers across commerce processes.

**Core role & responsibilities**:

- Enable frictionless experience for Partners, Distributors, and Field through policy & capability optimization
- Support the overall Partner and Field Problem Resolution & Automation component strategy
- You will be responsible for the problem management backlog process, including reviewing and executing all assigned problems and CLO themes to ensure they have been resolved and achieved business outcomes
- Analyze the problem, identify the root causes, recommend business solution, write and review business requirements with IT and Support operations
- Drive and Participate in solution design, and evaluate solutions to ensure it's delivered without a friction
- Support release readiness activities and ensure partners and internals able to adopt the solutions
- Work closely with the Regional Leaders, Partner Ops Managers, Field Ops Managers, and Cross-functional teams to understand the Partner & Field problems, build a strategy, and identify and implement services to align with that strategy
- Influence roadmap and scope, & drive requirements and solutions for Partner impacting tools related to transformation, optimization, or run the business initiatives
- Provides reporting and metrics on component performance through Quarterly Service Reviews to the Commerce and Lifecycle Operations Leadership
- Drive policy, compliance and process and work with BU, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Policy teams to identify any potential policy impact and changes and align experience
- Produce Business Metrics, Outcomes, and Values for the problems resolved
