**Job Title: UI Architect**

**Location: Bangalore/Trivandrum/Kochi**

**Experience: 10+ Years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. UI/UX Strategy**: Develop and articulate a comprehensive UI strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and seamless user experience across our products.

**2. Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand system requirements, providing valuable suggestions to enhance the overall user experience.

**3. Micro Frontend Architecture**: Demonstrate hands-on experience with Micro Frontend Architecture, contributing to the design and scalability of UI components and systems.

**4. Design Leadership**: Lead the design and architecture of UI components, ensuring a focus on scalability, performance, and adherence to UI design guidelines.

**5. Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with UX designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into exceptional user interfaces.

**6. Development**: Participate in hands-on UI development using modern front-end technologies, particularly React JS.

**7. Guidelines and Standards**: Establish and enforce UI design guidelines, standards, and best practices throughout the development process.

**8. Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure a cohesive and superior user experience.

**9. Performance Optimization**:Prioritize UI performance optimization and ensure adherence to accessibility standards to reach a diverse user base.

**10. Continuous Learning**: Stay at the forefront of UI/UX design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the table.

**11. Mentorship**: Mentor and support junior UI team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

**12. AWS Experience**: Possess hands-on experience with AWS to effectively contribute to the architectural considerations and integrations.

**13. Team Collaboration**: Act as a team player, promoting collaboration and open communication within the development team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹923,295.63 - ₹2,302,301.44 per year
